Permanent Jewelry Repair

This appointment is for customers whose permanent piece has broken at the weld point (where it was originally zapped).

Repairs at the weld are free within 90 days of your original appointment, but you must bring the original chain. Replacement chains cannot be provided.

A $10 fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

If you are redeeming your free 90-day repair, the $10 will be refunded at your appointment.
